Assessing your individual needs

Assessments

We offer a variety of in-person or virtual assessments tailored to your individual needs. You don’t need a referral to access our assessment services, simply reach out to us or book an appointment to get started! Whether you seek self-discovery or clarification on underlying concerns, our assessments can provide valuable insights.

Please note: Assessments are available for adolescents (15+) and adults.

The Assessment Process

Step 1:
Registration & Screening Questionnaires

We will get you set up on our online platform – Jane App. We will send you screening questionnaires and a questionnaire about your life experiences through Jane App.  We will ask you for the information of your collateral informants (the people who know you well that can talk about their observations of your behaviour – such as a family member, partner, or close friend)

Step 2:
Background review

To gather comprehensive insights and context for the assessment, informant interviews are conducted and medical records are reviewed.

Step 3:
Testing sessions

Assessments involve one or more testing sessions where psychological tests are administered.

Step 4:
Client report

Each assessment includes a detailed report. Brief assessments produce a report of 4-6 pages, while comprehensive assessments generate a more detailed report.

Step 5:
Feedback & next steps

Clients receive detailed feedback on the assessment results, including an explanation of the findings and recommendations for next steps.
